The Lakeland Tour has been running since 1990 & is one of the best events in the calender. It is all about what Minis were designed for - DRIVING. Next years event takes place from the 12th - 14th June. We welcome both the Classic Mini & the New Mini.

We are based at Park Foot in Pooley Bridge at the top end of Lake Ullswater in the Lake District, we have our own field there. It is a top campsite - www.parkfootullswater.co.uk Our field has Male & Female toilets. The main site has large clean shower blocks, a take away, restaurant, shop, bar & disco. If you don't want to camp then there are B&B's available.

We have a marquee for briefings & shelter in case of rain it is also a place to meet other entrants. Before each drive there will be a briefing & route notes will be handed out.
Early arrivals day is Friday, pitch your tent, chill out & maybe join us at the villages 3 pubs for a pint.
Saturday morning is likely to be either a ferry raid or go karting
Saturday there will be a treasure hunt at a  mystery location, there will also be some watersplashes. Saturday night there is the disco.
Sunday is the main event - the Lakeland Tour. After an early briefing the cars are set off on a long scenic drive around the Lake District, through fantastic scenery on awesome driving roads including mountain passes. It is NOT a race & you are not timed, the idea is to take your time, enjoy the scenery, take lots of pictures & enjoy a country pub lunch.
If not rushing home then stay Sunday night & have a relaxed drive home Monday

The camping fees are payable to the campsite on arrival.
